What THRIVE! is

THRIVE! is a platform connecting verified nonprofits with social creators. Nonprofits can hire creators for content, and creators can raise money on a nonprofit's behalf. THRIVE! is not itself a charity; it does not receive tax-deductible donations directly. Gifts are directed to the nonprofit (or, on the DAF payout path, to our donor-advised-fund sponsor as the donee of record).

THRIVE! is operated by Thrive Media Group, 2230 Fairview Rd. #10302, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.

The split

Every gift is split four ways: a creator's commission (negotiated with the nonprofit for each campaign, 10%-30%), 7% to THRIVE!, 3% to payment processing, and the rest to the nonprofit — 60%-80%, depending on the agreed commission. Volunteer (no-commission) pages send 90% to the nonprofit and take no creator cut. The real split for a given campaign is disclosed on its giving page before you give.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account accessible via the email address you signed up with. Nonprofit claims are manually reviewed before a profile goes live.

Text message alerts

You can subscribe to text alerts from a nonprofit or creator by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on their public THRIVE! page. By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from THRIVE! on that nonprofit's or creator's behalf at the number you provided, such as an update they've posted, with a link. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of giving or of using THRIVE!.

• Message frequency varies with how often the nonprofit or creator posts an update.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE) at any time to cancel, and START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or reach us through our contact page.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Texting a nonprofit's keyword to our number gets a one-time automated reply with a link to that nonprofit's giving page.
